They are only naturally colored for the pelts. (brown, black, tan, orange... No rainbow color things.) The gem on the collar can be any color though.
Bilingue Ailé Renard's only speak two languages. Those languages are Japanese and German. They can speak a little French, but are not fluent in it unless they are the leader of a pack. They do not know English, nor will they ever know it.
1) As a pup, they are given a collar. On the collar is a gem, the color of the gem is the color of it's eyes and wings. It can never change. One of the paws is a different [natural] color. This is the ONLY other color for the pelt besides white or black for added designs. On their left hind leg, there is a Japanese symbol, whatever this translates to English, must be translated to French. That is their name. [My BWF Peace= Paix]
2) Once a couple months old, the Bilingue Ailé Renard's ears start to perk up. Eventually, both ears will stand up straight. They earn their underbelly marks at this stage.
3) After a year, one ear is perfectly straight. The wings are starting to develop. They also earn their tail markings.
4) Once fully grown, the wings are fully developed and the facial markings are earned. Both ears are straight. They can now fly.
